Terms & Conditions for Online Jeep Safari Booking at Panna National Park

Safari Timings: Jeep safaris at Panna National Park operate in two daily shifts:

  • Morning Safari: 5:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Afternoon Safari: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
  • ID Proof Requirement: you must carry a valid government ID proof like Aadhar card or Passport which will again be verified at the time of safari.
  • Passenger Limit: there is a maximum of 6 numbers that each jeep occupies. Overloading is not allowed.
  • Luggage Responsibility: the tourists are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The driver, guide or the authority is not responsible for this.
  • Booking Confirmation: After the full payment and the issue of a valid permit, then only the booking gets confirmed. It is valid for that day and time only.
  • Cancellation Policy: our refund policy has certain guidelines that you need to follow.
  • Safety Guidelines: Visitors must follow all instructions given by the guide and park authorities. Standing, shouting, or feeding animals during the safari is strictly prohibited.
  • Health Advisory: Visitors with health issues like heart conditions, motion sickness are advised to inform us beforehand.
  • Child Policy: Children below 5 years are allowed free entry but must be accompanied by adults. Children above 5 years require a full-price permit.
