Any service booked through us must be informed in writing for cancellation at least 15 days from the date of booking. The booking must be cancelled with all original documents such as the booking receipt, invoice, and related paperwork, which are required to process your request and verify the details.
Upon successful receipt of the cancellation request by Seven Safar, the refund will be processed to the original source of payment or the selected refund mode within 7 working days, provided all refund rules are satisfied.
Please note that for certain service providers, there is strictly no refund and no cancellation once payment has been made. This is because payments are made in advance to reserve your booking.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Orders are not processed during this 24-hour window. Cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Customers may cancel orders only if the services have not yet been booked. Once services are booked, cancellations are not permitted. Orders and services are refundable only if they comply with the stated refund rules.
Seven Safar works with leading suppliers for safari and hotel bookings across India. Bookings are generally confirmed within 24 hours. We provide 24x7 customer assistance, including during holidays.
In cases where services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, Seven Safar may cancel the order. In such cases, the paid amount for the cancelled service will be refunded to the original payment source.
Customers can make payments via net banking, Mastercard/Visa debit cards, or credit cards. International customers may also pay using traveler cheques or Master/Visa/American Express credit cards.
Please note that applicable bank or credit card charges will be added to the total payable amount.
If you need to postpone or cancel your tour due to unavoidable reasons, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written request, as per the applicable cancellation policy.
During busy periods like weekends and holidays (Holi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year) there are special rules for booking hotels that we will inform you about if necessary.
Please be advised, that once you finalize on the cost of the tour, you will have to bear any increase in safari permit fees, taxes, fuel prices, guide charges etc. if levied by Govt. of India, as additional costs.
