It is made along the Ken River. The falls are said to be a natural canyon, which is made up of pure crystalline granite that has hues of pink, red, and grey. On the banks of the Ken River, it is home to the endangered Gharial. A boat ride in the morning or afternoon will make you spot several of them. They come out of the water, and you can see these reptiles basking on sandbanks for sunlight to fall, along with crocodiles and a variety of birds.
