Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Panna

Upon arrival at Panna National Park, transfer to your forest resort. Post lunch rest at the resort or visit nearby places like Panna town and Pandav Falls. At leisure in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the Resort.

Day 2

Morning & Evening Jungle Safari

Begin early on a morning jungle safari escorted by an expert naturalist. Sight wildlife such as deer, birds and maybe a tiger. A Simple Breakfast will be while on safari. Transfer back to the resort for lunch and rest.
Take a different walk in the afternoon, then an evening safari in a different block of the park at dusk.
Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 3

Jungle Exploration & Relaxation

Enjoy another early morning drive as each provides a different wildlife experience. After breakfast, unwind at the resort or take guided nature walks and birdwatching excursions (at additional cost).Relax in the tranquility of the woods for the evening.

Day 4

Final Safari Experience

Start the day with an additional morning jungle safari for you to cover any unfinished areas of the park. After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast and leisure time. Rest of the day at leisure for relaxing, taking photos or just enjoying the nature

Day 5

Departure

Following breakfast, make you way to the Panna airport to catch your flight out. After breakfast, check out from the resort and start your return journey taking back memories of Panna’s abundant wildlife and tranquil skin of the land.

Payment Policy:

We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.

50% Advance Payment: This holds your booking on a confirmed basis.
100% Payment: This confirms your booking and lets you get discount benefits.
Travelers must agree to pay all statutory taxes, tariffs, and fees that apply.

Terms & conditions:

All bookings are provided with base category rooms at resorts. Upgrading to the higher category rooms is subject to availability at an extra cost, charged by the resort.
Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Passengers should provide the correct age at the time of booking, as it affects the cost of the tour.
In case the booked resort is unavailable, a similar category resort will be arranged.
Accommodations for 3 guests will have one room with an extra mattress.
Changes in government taxes, resort rates, or safari fees will be communicated via email or on-call before your departure.
The company holds no responsibility for accidents, lost/stolen items, damage to luggage, etc. during your stay.
Itineraries and safaris can change due to operational needs or other unexpected circumstances.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure :

In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are applicable as per the time of the duration. The following costs will be charged by the company:

30 days before visiting: 10% of the tour package cost.
15 to 29 days before visiting: 30% of the tour expense.
07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour price.
02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour expense.
Less than 48 hours or no show: No reimbursement.
50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.
Nevertheless, travelers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where applicable.
Important Note: If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated to our customer support end.
In case of peak season: A separate cancellation policy for resort/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.

Liabilities and Limitations:

Tour/Service Cost: The first booking fee might be changed if you want any add-ons to your tour package. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
Changes in Fees: If any changes occur from the government end, we will notify you via mail, message, or call whether before or after confirmation/private departure.
Refunds/Claims: For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
Cancellation of Services: The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.
